The town that lives next to that port still has to get its own bins collected, its own high street safe, and its own roads open.

- Pride in Place: Immingham and Habrough were awarded £20 million over ten years, with Stallingborough brought into the fund. Residents are being asked how it should be spent. That question has to last the full decade.
- A1173 and North Beck Bridge: works between King’s Road roundabout and Kiln Lane roundabout began on 24 August 2026. Close that stretch and the town feels it immediately.
- Town centre: a public meeting in June 2026 with Humberside Police, the council and the local MP after concerns about anti-social behaviour, intimidation and alcohol-related disorder.
- Asylum support: Immingham is inside North East Lincolnshire’s 282 people on Home Office support (31 March 2026). No official Immingham-only split is published.
